By using the Divya Sannidhi app (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions: support@divyasannidhi.com.
1. Using the app
The app is free for personal, devotional use. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break or overload it, copy its content in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Temple information
Temple timings, darshan and seva details change and can differ on festival days. Temples marked as coming from Wikidata have not been checked by us. Please confirm with the temple before you travel. Directions open in your maps app, which is responsible for the route.
3. Panchang, Rashifal and Kundli
Panchang, Rashifal, Kundli and dasha timelines are calculated from traditional Vedic methods and your date (and optional time) of birth. They are for devotional reflection and guidance only. They are not predictions and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please do not make important decisions based only on them.
4. Content and licences
The app includes content from others under their licences: temple data from Wikidata, text from Wikipedia, photos from Wikimedia Commons, music from Pixabay, and public-domain paintings. Credits are shown in the app and on our Credits page. Ringtones licensed from Pixabay are for your personal use on your phone and should not be redistributed as files.
5. Your content
A photo you choose for your mandir stays on your phone. You are responsible for having the right to use it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the app running and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop features at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including travel based on temple timings or decisions based on astrological content.
8. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
